We discuss coat condition, lifestyle and the finish you like, then agree on a practical routine. A shorter clip, a soft teddy face or detailed poodle styling each needs a different amount of time.
Appointments are planned around the dog, with continuity and comfort at the centre of the experience.

Each weight belongs to one band: exactly 4 kg is extra small; 8 kg is small; 14 kg is small to medium; 24 kg is medium to large; 35 kg is extra large. Dogs over 35 kg need an individual quote. Coat type, condition and the work required determine the final quote.

Coat density and drying time matter as much as size. Double coats are not routinely clipped; we discuss the appropriate service first. Choose one of the following complete services instead of a clip-service tier above. A de-shed or outline-tidy price is not added to the bath price.

All prices are starting prices in AUD per visit. Seasonal blowout is an alternative service for heavy seasonal coat drop, not an automatic extra on top of a de-shed. Exactly 8 kg, 18 kg and 30 kg remain in the lower band. Heavy coats may need extra time, agreed before proceeding.
Extra time: $25 per 15 minutes. Heavy coat recovery or impacted undercoat: $30 per 15 minutes. Light knot removal from $20; moderate dematting from $45. Coat comfort comes first; a shorter trim may be the kindest option.
Nails $20 · Face, feet & sanitary from $40 · Between-groom tidy from $50 · Flea wash surcharge from $25 · Feathering or tail tidy from $20.
Your quote will identify any extra work before it starts. The $25 general extra-time rate and $30 heavy-coat recovery rate are alternatives for the same 15-minute block, not combined. Knot-removal charges are not added again for the same work. Standalone nail and tidy prices do not mean paying twice for work already included in your chosen groom.

Monthly fees below are in AUD. There is no checkout, automatic subscription or enrolment on this website. We will agree suitability, tasks, availability and the full terms with you before any membership begins.

Full grooming is charged separately, with the stated capped perk. The express tidy is not an extra hour or a full groom.
Enquire about PrivateEach pilot is for one dog. Visits and availability are agreed before joining. Travel, collection/return time, planning and coordination count within the total care allowance. An hour is time for agreed tasks, not a guaranteed number of trips or visits.
Standard grooming appointments are charged separately and do not use the care allowance. Private's 15-minute express tidy does use its four-hour allowance. The same work or time is not billed twice. Extra work is quoted and approved first.
Signature and Private each propose 5% off one standard groom per month, with a maximum saving of $10. It applies to that groom only, not the monthly membership fee. We confirm the eligible groom and final quote before joining.
These are scheduled care pilots, not on-call, emergency or 24-hour services. Enquiring does not reserve appointments or commit you to recurring payments.
Unused-time, cancellation and renewal terms are still being finalised. Your agreed visits, service scope, travel arrangements, any separate costs and the complete written terms must be confirmed before enrolment or payment. No automatic renewal is being created here.
One-off grooms and regular 4, 6 or 8-week appointments remain available to enquire about, without a membership. Your dog's quoted per-visit grooming price still applies.

Grooming takes place at the Pastoria studio, by appointment. Collection and return may be arranged separately. We do not advertise in-home grooming. The street address is provided privately when your appointment is confirmed.
Yes. You can enquire about a one-off groom or regular appointments without a membership. The three proposed paid care memberships are separate, optional pilot concepts, open for enquiries only.
Please tell us before booking. We'll discuss what your dog can comfortably manage, the likely time and a suitable approach. A specific finish cannot be promised if the coat or your dog's comfort makes it unsuitable.
For pay-per-groom appointments, collection and drop-off start from $25 each way, quoted by area and subject to availability and suitability. For a membership pilot, agreed collection/return time counts within the care hours. Routes, availability and any separate charges are agreed before joining; the same time is not billed twice.
No. Our grooming services are for dogs only. The cat in our logo is part of the branding.
Our enquiry form is hosted by Google Forms and asks for contact details and information about your dog. Please provide only what is needed to discuss grooming or a proposed care membership. Do not include financial, medical or other sensitive personal records.
